Okay, I am sorry for the inconvenience that My Retirement Project might have caused my readers using Firefox. I couldn’t understand what was going on, for some reason the Firefox browser was crashing. I thought it was a new application I had running on the computer, but after a bit of trial and error I discovered the problem and it was an odd one.

As I watched the page load in the status bar, the browser would crash when Kontera was loading up. So I limited the problem to the “Discovering the Importance of Relevant Content” post. So what was causing the problem? I removed all the text, saved the post and tested it out. The browser didn’t crash. So I repeated this step adding the text to the post and re-testing the post in the Firefox browser until I determined that this text was the culprit:

Should I post only stuff that is the most current in the news?

Believe me, it really happened. I don’t know if there was some conflict with the text, matched to a variable in the script of if the AJAX tabs caused some problems. But something in that line of text conflicts with the JavaScript Kontera has created.

Hope this helps anyone else who encounters this problem.
