What? How Much to Ride the Airbus?
Karma Stories, Spending Money | 447 Views
I love Reuters Oddly Enough. It is always a great source for a quick interesting read that is always off beat and some times just weird.
Today, I came across an article about an Australian businessman who purchased a one way ticket on the maiden voyage of Singapore Airlines Airbus 380. Sounds like it would be a special trip and could be a lot of fun. What makes this story worthy of What? How Much Wednesday is the fact that the Julian Hayward spent over $100,000 US for his seat!
About 100 of the 481 seats on the plane were sold as part of a charity auction. So far they have raised about $400,000 through a series of eBay auctions. Sounds like the airline is trying to get some good Karma before the plane gets off the ground.

Most people average 4 careers in their working lives. I have been a Cook, Hotel Clerk, Black Jack Dealer and now I am a web designer.
At 30 I realized that early retirement would be the next logical step. For me to achieve early retirement I will need to earn and save $1 million by July 2012. It is my personal goal to use online revenue streams to achieve my goal to become financially independent and allow me to live my life to the fullest.
LoL yea, I’m going to buy the next $100,000 seat!! Give me a link and I’ll send a wire!
